I've had a bad experience with the body shop. I shall not say more (humph)
The Shampoo : Has a honey like smell which is sweet but not overpowering. Begrudgingly I'll say it smells gorgeous . It claims to have no silicones, sulphates, colorants nor parabens and at quick glass their claims seem to be true.
Directions: Suggests to wet hands to create lather then apply onto hair ... Duh!
Results: I put my hair into sections and dampened with water. Then I put some shampoo into my wet hands and applied it onto my hair. Lather began to emerge quickly and so did the thought that this product was going to dry out my hair but ... it didn't. In fact, I was horrified when I rinsed my hair and applied the shampoo another two times (with another rinse) that it was actually moisturising and detangling my hair. When I rinsed my hair I had coils and curls, this annoyed me profusely.
So there I said it. Its a good no, great shampoo. It managed to thoroughly clean my scalp and hair whilst moisturising. When I rinsed it out, my hair did not feel stripped at all but remarkably happy.
However I won't be repurchasing this because of my own bitterness with the company (yeah I admit it). I feel as though my hair conspired against me to work with a product it knew I would never purchase again. With that said I would humbly use it if it was free :P or 2p. Then again I wouldn't want to line ... never mind.
Retail price from £4 for 250ml and £6 for 400ml
Oh, I wish I hated it.
