I already knew roughly what it was about and knew the songs so I enjoyed being able to sing along with the cute animal characters and Mowgli. I can happily say I loved this film! So basically Mowgli is a young boy currently living with a wolf pack but journeys through the jungle with Bagheera, a panther trying to get Mowgli back to the village to be with other people. They meet many other animals along the way which makes the adventure more exciting for them.
The have to work around some tricky characters like Shere Khan - the tiger everyone is afraid of, King Louie - a rather crazy orangutan and Kaa - a sneaky snake. With these characters avoided, the reach the edge of the village where Mowgli gets caught up and distracted by a young girl as he slowly starts to follow her.
Another lovely Disney film with of course a happy ending as usual. I enjoyed every minute and loved the characters that we met along Mowgli's jungle adventure. I'd definitely show this to any kids I know. The characters are all such fun to watch and the songs make it that bit more enjoyable, this could also be a family film as anyone can watch a Disney film, you're never too old for one.
