stripes, stripes, stripes. Stripes are the new Skinny jean. Meaning that it was a trend that's now a staple item for every season. For this Spring, Bold Stripes is the it look. My personal favorite is vertical stripes however horizontal stripes look great with layered jackets and blouses.

Sparkle Lists' Stripes Style Guide for Men & Women:
1. Criss Cross.
Look bold and striking with a mix of stripes in different sizes. Wear a blouse with bigger, horizontal stripes on the top, and smaller, horizontal or vertical stripes on the bottom. Wear a pant with skinny vertical lines with a matching or similar striped blazer. Keep accessories and shoes simple, in a bold or neutral color.
2. A Staple. A Neutral.
Like most staple items, stripes pretty much go with everything. Style and pair it with skirts, jeans, leather, lace, tweed, etc. Mix other prints like florals, or polka dots but be careful not to have too much going on.
3. Don't limit yourself.
A fabulous and fly outfit isn't just the clothing items worn rather accessories and shoes can make outfits pop. Switch it around by wearing a bold stripped belt, scarf, tie, suspenders, or pumps. Look chic and classic with even an accent of this print in your outfit.
4. Color Shock.
Sure the brighter, the better it is. But if you're just starting to wear stripes, purchase items in black or navy. Dark stripes tend to be more slimming but bright stripes look great on Spring/Summer dresses, silk or linen pants, t-shirts, and jackets.
